Video resumes

Pinpoint Productions now offers a Video Resume Service to help you take advantage of the rapid growth of companies’ use of web-based video for reviewing and interviewing candidates. We offer three levels of bundled services that include the following packages:

Executive Level – A Video Resume of up to three minutes in length, plus an interview style video up to 15 minutes in length, with a custom web page that includes an HTML and PDF version of the executive’s resume.

Management Level – A Video Resume of up to three minutes in length, with a custom web page that includes an HTML and PDF version of the manager’s resume.

Professional Level – A Video Resume of up to one minute in length, with a custom web page that includes their resume in a HTML format. (Click here to see a sample.)

The Process

The process for producing a Video Resume has some similarities to our process of producing a Web Video. The steps we follow include the following:

1. We will create a video script using your resume and credentials:
   1. The script will highlight your accomplishments, benefits, value proposition and features of your professional experience.
   2. The script will be interesting and focused, using appropriate grammar.
   3. The length of the script will be determined by the type of video resume you decide to produce (a standard presentation or the interview style).
      
      
2. We will provide coaching as needed, before and during the video production in the following areas:
   1. Physical presentation skills to include stance, posture, eye contact and hand gestures.
   2. Communication skills to include the use of your voice and tone, the correct volume and inflection, non-words, and non-verbal communication.
   3. Professional appearance.

Pricing

Pinpoint charges a flat rate of $75.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $500.00. Final pricing is contingent on the length and type of Video Resume produced (standard presentation or interview style), and the number of hours required for pre and post production work.
