Pinpoint Productions consist of a team of qualified and experienced professionals dedicated to delivering your project in a practical, cost effective and timely manor. The top three core team members are:

Charlie Taylor, who has a wide breadth of experience, is the company's founder and lead producer. He is a successful entrepreneur who launched two high-tech startup companies by raising over $28MM in capital. Charlie grew his first company to 85 employees and his second company to over 30 employees.
As a video producer, his first video training course The Red Balloon was recognized as "The Best Informational and Training Video" in 2005 at the prestigious International Aurora Awards. Additionally, his video e-learning and web video software tutorials have been used by over 20,000 students.
Charlie is also a published author and nationally known expert in the field of telecommunications security, and is an experienced educator with over 1200 hours taught at Texas A&M's Research and Extension Center.
Bill Hamrick, the company's Director of Business Development, brings extensive experience and knowledge of the learning and performance improvement fields to the Pinpoint Team. He has successfully built two world-class corporate university programs for Snelling Personnel Services and Allied Riser Communications. He has developed and delivered leadership and sales training programs for many national clients, including 7-Eleven, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, and Office Depot.
Among his many qualifications, Bill is certified to deliver webinars using the Adobe Acrobat Pro Connect and Microsoft LiveMeeting platforms. He has achieved Master Certifications with AchieveGlobal, and is Master Certified in Virtual Presentation Skills, Sales Presentation Skills and in Performance Improvement Technology.

Julius is the company's lead software developer and brings many successful years of development experience to Pinpoint. Julius has designed and delivered software systems to clients such as Coca-Cola, Microsoft and the Chicago Board of Trade. He has delivered “Software as a Service” (SaaS) systems using PHP, HTML, AJAX, Oracle, MySQL and PostgreSQL. These systems are used by our clients in real estate, natural gas, manufacturing and printing companies.
He has worked with Charlie and Pinpoint since 1991, as the lead software developer and as a company executive.
